I am thinking of putting guages in my dash trim, to the right of the middle vents, maybe 2 55mm gauges and make some sort of offset trim ring to point them at me a little better. Anyone try this or seen it done? It looks like there is some room for it, but would like to see it before I ruin a dash trim piece.

 

interesting project.cut two rings from pvc pipe first,attache to the trim with clear tape and decide if you like or not.
