So what does it take to switch to E85? How much HP will I be making? Now I am making 420whp on 26Psi, with Tomei arms turbo, cams, valve springs and 750cc injectors.

^ Definitely with the right tuner (TSComp )

FIC 1100's, fuel rail and one or two Walbro 255's and you're all set.

Another thing to consider is if you still want the option of running pump gas you might want to go with ECU based boost that way you can switch between normal gas and E85 if the need ever arises. If you're still on the stock DV you are probably going to have to either crush it or get something that can hold more boost since you'll be seeing 30+ psi no problem.

Getting an E85 tune was the most substantial mod I've done to my car. The torque is addicting. Makes me wish I had a built block and one of the larger stock frame setups for a nice 500/500-ish street car.

I'm going with the Grimspeed 3 port I know what you mean, my next steps are an MAP 2.3L/EF3 to go with my full bolt on setup. The torque is addictive for sure.

I'm on a single Walbro 255 and FIC 1250cc injectors and I hit 390/380 on E70 with just cams and bolt ons. Those numbers are on a mustang dyno I'm sure if I had it on a dynojet I'd be deep into the 400s.

If your car struggles to start when its cold on e85 then you need to look for someone else to tune the car who knows what they are doing.

mine struggles some on colder start days (minnesota) but e85 is well worth the money. if you have a daily driver its a must and if you dont just get dual maps and you can run 91/93 octane in colder weather.
