DIY Grounding wire length

just as the subject says, i just want to know how long i need to cut the wires when making the kit yourself.

i think the general rule for a "universal" kit is:

8", 16", 19", 23", 29", 33"

But this depends if you are gonna do a circle kit or daisy-chain some ??
