Virginia Beach help!!
Hi guys, I'm new the the Virginia beach area.
I'm trying to pass the inspection, but have a test pipe on the car.. Is there anyone out there that could help me out with getting this thing passed? Whether it's a high flow cat or a full stock exhaust... It's an evo IX.

If your military, go to the mcx in Norfolk by camp allen. I was a marine stationed there and they passed my 05 evo with a test pipe 2 years in a row without problems. They open 7 in the morning so I'd get there 30 minutes prior. In all honesty, just go there, military or not.
