Does any one know of some wicked mags for an Evo5 1998?? Options I have seen so far through mag and turbo I dont like, only had 3 options due to the need for Brembo clearence. If anyone has any pics or ideas post them so I can have a look please. I am in New Zealand so overseas option may not be possible for me

 

Wow, I havn't heard the term "MAG" since the 80s, when Magnesium racing, (or Magnesium look) rims were the bomb...

There are a trillion options. any rim that clears the Evo 6-9 should clear the 5s.

 

As mentioned there are plenty of options, keeping in mind that a lot of wheels have different size/width/offsets available. If you want to keep it simple and stock looking, look at stock 6/7/8/9/10 wheels. You can paint them after purchase to make them look different. Depending on what color your car is I reckon a set of evo 6 rims painted gold would look pretty nice.

I'd recommend evo 8/9 BBS MR rims or evo 10 enkeis but I've been looking for a good priced set for my wagon for a long time so if you find some you need to let me have first pick.

Yup, the term is still pretty common place over here, just a generic term for any rims/wheels.
