mitsubishi evolution vi suspension

Hi all

I need to buy the right and left front shocks for my evo VI , can someone suggest me any website where I buy them. I also would like to know which suspension brands or shocks models will properly fit on my car.

Thanks

Welcome. I would suggest heading over to mitsubishi Lancer Register and inquiring there. There are plenty of places that sell suspension, and plenty of options for a 6, but they may have better advice for what's working well.

It would also be worth mentioning what your plans were? Stiffer, lower, rally, track, touring, etc.

From what I have read evo 4-9 suspension is the same. I buy all my stuff for my 6 from maperformance.com and browse in the evo 8-9 section

Spring rate is same yes
Front suspension IINM is direct bolt on
Rear shock need some mod
I am not really sure which end need to drill hole to fit(front end or back end)
Hope this help
Good upgrade without costing an arm and a leg will be EVO VIII MR onward Bilstein or Bistein HD

Wrong
Springs rate is different but rear shock is bolt on 4-9, fronts need some mod.
Evo 4-6 front hub is 4mm thinner than 7-9, also bolt sizes is different 12x55 vs 14x65.
can use special washer or drill hub hole.
