I was thinking of purchasing the Meagen manifold. I have heard good and bad things from this manifold. Anybody using them?

A bunch of people use them. It's hit or miss. Some seem fine for thousands of miles, and others crack pretty quickly.

If you want my advice, I'd say port your stock manifold as it's similarly priced, and you'll likely see similar or even BETTER gains.

If you want the look, well... "looks" are expensive for a reason. Save your pennies and get a real manifold.

If you are going for looks, a ported stock manifold will net you more respect being that a megan manifold can be spotted from a mile away.

I bought my car with one on and cracked 4 months later. I bought my car with 15,000 miles, so it couldn't have been on there that long. Manifolds are not exactly easy to remove, so even if you can afford replacing it every time it cracks, it sucks replacing it.

Currently have the Megan manifold and o2 housing(previous owner) they suck! Look terrible there all oxidated and everyone's seems to crack. I'm gonna toss it and go with ets and o2 dump.

Megan manifold is cheap, looks ugly in a month or so, but it makes power. I don't care what the shops and tuners on this forum sell to you guys.

But it is not good quality, so do so at your own risk.

I bought my car with a Megan manifold. Going back to a stock manifold netted slightly quicker spool and a little more power. Car sounds better now too.
