rear o2 disable- ecuflash

So im about to disable my rear o2 on ecuflash. Is this safe? Im running a test pipe and throwning a code for it(p0420 if ithe remember correctly) In kind of a rush to get my car back on the road been stored since november, and gotta do emissions. Here in ohio we have self testing kiosks that works just liketo and obdi scanner so i want to attempt to disable the rear o2 and run it up to a local test station and see if it'll pass. I found ths section in ecuflash to do this, im just worried about any adverse effects it may have. Thanks for any input!

As said, no negatives. The rear o2 is only there for emissions verification.
