Hvac lights messed?

Hvac lights messed?
The two light bulbs that light up the knobs on the HVAC wont light up and I took them out to do a continuity test , shows they are not blown yet all my fuses are good but they wont light up... Any idea what to check next? The lights for the 3 buttons are fine...
