Welp. Looks like I am going to be in the Import Meet Street Car Competition. It would be nice to get some Pacific Northwest locals to come out August 10th for the car show. Also, feel free to talk ****, comment on the car or whatever floats your boat; maybe throw some support out to another Evo owner.

Personally, I think I have a pretty good shot at doing well in this competition. I will have to make it out to the ¼ mile track between now and August 9th to work on my times. I have launched the car 40+ times on 2-step and I know to shift 1st-2nd early and where my shift points are but I haven’t done more than a few passes down the strip.

Note: my hair looks awful in the video. Also, I didn’t know my voice sounded like that.

You probably recognize where the video/photos were shot. You can see in the rolling shot where a remote controlled car goes zooming past me. I end up catching it... eventually.
