can i torque my arp headstuds to 125 lbs?

i recently had a rebuild and used my arp headstuds from the stock block, i have torqued them to 90 lbs but my tuner said to torque to 125 lbs, im worried they might slip/break...what are your opnions?

will be boosting to 35 psi and the arp head studs are normal ones not the L19's...

 

I beleive ARP torque specs are 80ft/lbs. When I rebuilt the motor, I used the same headstuds and tightened them to 85ft/lbs....
