Evo 8 wing... what are they worth?
What is a fully resurfaced, and painted Evo 8 wing worth (with a good UV clear coat on the carbon, and color matched to your car?
Do you feel they are worth more with all paint stripped off and just carbon throughout?
The reason I ask, is I have 4 Evo 8 wings I am considering refinishing and selling sometime in the future, and want to know if it's worth my time.

They will bring enough money for you to go ahead and do what you were wanting to do. People who are stepping out of these cars with the wingless look are selling to some people who would love wings. I've seen the wing requests all too often and they seem to be getting a bit harder to find (I assume because you have them all lol). So I'd refinish them and put them up for what you need to get out of them plus about ten percent and tell people to give offers. Maybe a bit higher if you want wiggle room.

You may do a test run though and list one as is and see if it is even worth your while to refinish. People will buy them and do them their selves around here. May not be worth all the effort and just save a few pennies.

No more than $200.
A while back, I bought a used black Evo IX MR wing for $120 in flawless condition.
I sold my damaged gray Evo IX wing for $60, and that was with a crack running along the bottom side of it since someone hit it.

The price for a VIII wing is going to be different than a IX wing. Some VIII wings are so faded and delaminated that they are not worth anyone's time and effort to refinish.
This will show up when you choose to refinish it. The spots that were heavily oxidized will leave phantom marks when you sand down the wing and clear over it. Why not just sand away all of the clear? Well, I have seen people sand their wings down to the carbon fiber and completely ruin it so that is why.
If you have mint VIII wings with very little oxidation then its smarter to resell them rather than take the money, time and effort to refinish them. The reason being is that I would rather buy a mint untouched wing and reclear it myself so I know its been done properly.
