Diff/tranny fluid?

Just bought an EVO 8. Wanting to change Diff and tranny fluid. What do you guys recommend?

I'm going with 10-30 mobil1 and mobil1 filter for oil. Thanks again.

10,000 threads on this--but so you dont make a mistake--use oem in the trans/front diff. Mobil 1 will cost you the front diff---ask me how I know and they aint cheap. GL

Ive always used Amsoil in the tranny and rear diff and have never had problems

Sorry... just thought I'd ask.... I thought that was the whole point of these forums... to ask so people who have knowledge can guide you towards the right direction..anybody with a comp or a smart phone can do research, but where is the fun in that...... but I do appreciate all the links... thanks...

Usually, yeah. Don't worry too much about the keyboard gangster with 60 posts though. You'll find it's usually only that specific type of user thatll respond that way.

But to echo everyone's response and my own experiences, go with redline fluid all around

Thanks... after reading all the other post on here and other places... i'm also coming up with the same conclusion that most people prefer redline fluid.... so i will go with that... thanks agian....
