I got a used tomei 02 housing

Wondering if its universal and will fit my down pipe. My current down pipe fits the stock 02 housing

I had the full Tomei exhaust, but I had bought a dump to replace the 02 housing for more power . During install learned that the dump wouldn't work with the Tomei downpipe and vice versa. So I had to buy a new downpipe just so it would work. For me it seems that Tomei 02 housing is only designed for the Tomei downpipe but I could be wrong, just my experience.
