Hard wiring non start issue

Like the title states, i just hard wired my 255 because I'm switching to a DW300-1. Here is the plug

multimeter reads 22 volts while cranking on the yellow wire at the solder.
The car cranks but won't turn over. I unplugged the relay and it didn't have any effect, cranks but won't turn over.

Is 22 volts a typo?

That can't be a correct reading. You have your meter configured wrong or something. Check across the battery.

Just checked again 11 cranking. Wrong settings

Not sure why youre checking the voltage at the fuel pump...

But what you should do first is check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
Then check spark, compression.

And report back with those findings
