Lights out

Noticed last night that all these: Gauge cluster, a/c control, brake light and right tail light are not working. Checked the fuses, they're still good. Any ideas?

check the grounds on the battery and the wire harness you sure you checked and pulled them or did you just do them visually cause fuses can still slow-burn and look good and can actually be bad. check the ones under the dash too.

Considering your gauge lights, AC lights, etc are all powered on the same fuse that powers the right tail light (and not the left), I'd say you need to check your fuses again.

Would a loose ground cause the passenger tail light fuse to go out as well. I ask because I replace the fuse and the moment I turned the lights on ot popped my fuse. Any ideas?

A ground won't cause a fuse to fail in almost any scenario. A loose ground would just mean there would be no current flow on the circuit, which certainly can't blow a fuse. That would be like laying a fuse on the kitchen table and expecting it to blow.
A fuse fails because a power wire (wiring ahead of a load) touches ground. This means your most likely scenario is either one of the bulbs had a filament drop and short, or you have one of the exposed wires (all the ones in the bumper) damaged/wet/corroded.

Pull the bulbs out for all the left side markers and tag lights then replace the fuse. Install one bulb at a time until the fuse blows, then you know what bulb it is. If it blows with all bulbs out, then you have a wiring issue.
