What is this part?
I found this while going through all the extra parts I got when I bought my car. Something for the exhaust or intake? Or is did this just randomly get put in my parts?

looks like a lower IC pipe off the turbo

That's the J-pipe off the turbo compressor housing that the lower i/c pipe connects to. Seems to be the old Buschur one.
