a little over 16k here, had it since march last year. I would have a lot more but since moving to hawaii i cant really drive much, being that i can go the whole island once around in about 2hrs..
my dad, on the other hand, has only put about 200 miles on his since may of last year!! which is crazy, i couldnt let a car like that sit for that long without driving it.

This is such a noob questioj but how can you tell your rotors are warped? by feel of the car when driving?

Back to the topic. 12k and everything works fine until i bring it to mitsu for the 12k check up and i've got a broken something or another.

I have 19,500 miles I think. I had a bad clutch and Advans were off at 13,000 miles. I think my rotors are warped also.

No it's not a noob question even though there is a thread on it
Do a search under "warped rotors"..

Typically, the rotors will cause the pulsating sensation under braking..

Thats how you know there may be a problem!!

Look through the threads... it's been mostly cases of material transfer which is best avoided by not braking quickly and then stopping the car. The pad then cooks without additional airflow to cool it and it bakes onto the rotor. Ample easy/no braking while driving to cool off pads/rotors/calipers before parking does the Evo good.

41K and going strong! I got it last March with 2 miles on it. I had a bad throwout bearing from the factory but other than that no problems to report. Currently all stock! Anyone in the DCEVOCLUB can verify my milage!

27k, got it last may. 2nd clutch, 2nd set of tires, 3rd center diff., 2nd transmission, basically, it is in the shop all of the time. Good thing I have another car.
Mods are: RMR intake, Buschur 3" catback, cusco twin disc, and braided clutch hose.

Yeah, I drive 87 miles each way and I still hate to get out of the car! I love the DC money but I'll never live there ! I'm a CIO for the US Navy. Best commuter car I ever had! I'll let you guys know if I have any problems.
