damn, i wouldnt take one FINGER of the steering wheel at that speed. when i hit 157 my car felt solid, but not solid enough to even blink. and i was doing it in the daytime

next time, have a camera mounted so we can see the full run, much safe than taking out a digi camera

why is the tach in your gauge cluster reading different from the tach to the left?

that's not the tachometer it's the EGT temperature

i cant wait to do some top speed runs with mine, my redline is 9000 and i have built motor with 35r and methanol, big fuel system, ignition system. and the Varis Aero kit (bought it for functionality) im gonna video mine though in and outside cameras.

i just hit 160 yesterday at 6800 rpm at 5000 feet. did it during the day though. crazy to do it at night in case of animals crossing the road. the car was a little shaky due to winds.

I did GPS verified 252 km/h (156,6 mph) in Germany this summer. It would have gone more than that but I had to back down due to traffic. I have some very shaky video which I can post later if you are interested. The car itself felt very stable and for the first time I can honestly say that I did feel the wing working. BTW, promised top speed is only 245 km/h. Only mods are K&N drop in filter and Helix cat-back.
