It's a Shearer knock-off like I said. I've been in the Evo game a long time and have owned one of these before that was coated and braced. After just looking at how the tubes were welded off center, the huge runners and welding slag inside and uneven placement of the collectors, I put it right back up for sale 2 days later and stuck with the Hafe setup I still use. I still have a stock appearing tube manifold from them I used 9 years ago on the exact same Evo I still drive today and it's cracked under every runner. That's when I choose to never put cheap stuff on an Evo.

im not trolling just stating facts. why would someone want to try out this manifold in hopes it will not crack and waste the money that could be spent on something proven already? you stated it had a 1yr warranty and now are saying it has a lifetime warranty? i dont want to be negative but please keep us updated seems thats what your doing, so none of us have to waste our money. if yours cracks it saves us the trouble since you will have wasted yours. and that is the exact reason and why your 100% correct we arent all drug dealers so when we make a purchase we make sure its worth it.

Thats what exactly what im doing..... If it doesnt hold up then i dont people to get it. I just happen to have extra cash that why im doing this test. I could of get ets manifold but this test will let all the other evo owner that cant afford $1000 for a manifold. It give them a chance to run with the higher horsepower people like us. I love ets product and other company like ams and busher too.
Yeah, i just read in the website. Xspower do write in their website that this particular manifold have a lifetime warranty.
So if it lifetime then why not try it huh!!!!
But still, like i say before if its not good then everyone will know.
I just want to do this test and give people result!!!

Thanks for looking

I've read some reviews about this exhaust manifold and it will eventually crack. No, I have never used this exhaust manifold.

What good is a lifetime warranty if it cracks every month and you have to keep sending it back?

I believe its a Full Race replica not Shearer but I could be wrong. Badevo ran a similar manifold last year I think it cracked he rewelded it braced and coated it. It ran 10.0

So much negative comment when you dont even try to used it and see yet!!!! Lmao.
Did you test this exact manifold yet??? Guess not. I think im the first to test this manifold out right now.
If it last a year or maybe longer then i will let people know. But if it doesnt even last that long, then i will definitely let everyone know too. I definitely dont want my fellow evom members to get something that dont work or perform like it suppose to.
I see that there is alot of people on evom think they are master at everything, but the simple fact is.... They dont really know sh¥t because they havent even test it out.
If this manifold dont work then i will just get another kind. Simple!!!
But i would just like to share my result with everyone so they have a option with other choices.
No body here is a baller with thousand of dollars laying around. If u do then its must be drugs money!!!! Lmfao. Jk
Anyway, i would suggest to everyone that never used this xs-power manifold, to keep the negative comment to themself please. But if u have used this manifold and have crack it, please have some photos so me and everyone can see it ok. Other than that, keep it positive in my thread.

TROLLs are NOT welcome here. Lmfao

Thanks again for looking
You are definitely not the first, this manifold has been around a long time, I had one about 3 years ago and everyone that I know that has had one has cracked. Its just too thin and ****ty welds...FACT.

*edit*, I took mine off after noticing a large crack on one of the welds. After taking it off I found about 6 more cracks that I could not see with the manifold on the car.

I got sidetracked today and forgot to get some pics of it. On mine, it cracked under every runner at the flange that bolts to the head. At least those are the visible cracks.

OP, I'm not for or against it. I'm interested in your results long term.

However, I don't know without seeing it, but I'll take okevolutionVIII's word for it, it probably has slag inside it. It needs to be back purged when welding these. I'm only a hobbyist welder, but if I were to do a mani I'd back purge without a doubt or it's not worth doing. I'd hate for some of that slag to get into the turbo.

With that said, in order to charge a low price they have to take cuts somewhere. Is it with the material, back purging, etc.

I've seen 6 different manifolds from that company crack and a few broke at the wastegate tube. Of course, they were all fitted to Hondas but it shouldn't be any different. They still hold the turbo and wastegate. I've even brought a few to my welder and he was not surprised with their "quality". Thinner tube walls and terrible welds. It may look good on the outside but like what PureDrivePerformance said, they need to be back purged.

Heck, if you just do a search on Google, you'll find countless threads on it cracking and a couple pics of pieces actually breaking off into the turbine and killing the turbo. But hey, your money. I definitely don't want my turbo to fall off while I'm driving.

If u have the same manifold then put picture in my thread!!!!
Obviously, if its not the same manifold then its no help to me.

Do not post in my thread unless u have result of the same manifold.
