Maybe I'll check around or ask that person if that GT-R32 has... umm... SR20.

Nope, It does not have an SR20DET

But costing that amount to build, certainly is not the same car as your beloved BNR34 out of the showroom is it?!

you can't compare any of these cars to showroom. at least it apparently had an RB26 in it which is a lot closer to the actual car than most race cars are to their originals.

Lol.... I knew full well the outcome. I do plan on getting an account on a subie forum and checking into it, but I know what I'm looking for. Evo's are harder to find, going away potentially (from what I've heard and seen, need to look into it more), better looking (subjectively), and truly what I have wanted since I was 16. 10 years of lust= a big, word that rhymes with toner, for this car.

I stated it in a previous post. I'm looking to get some insight from evo owners and just talk about better times. Deployment and all, it's important for me to look forward to something/distract me. I have a wonderful wife to come home to, but I can't/don't want to give her any more power mods. A ring/me is sufficient. Lol.

I do have internet. Just not like I can use it at will. I will try and keep checking back no less than monthly, but it's mission/internet dependent. If we could please keep it on topic I would appreciate it. I learned a lot about skylines (which I adore), but since those are a bit out of my price range it is a bit irrelevant. Thanks guys.

Another thing;

im not certain about the STI.

But with the EVO IX, its annoying that it does not have seat height adjustment, just back and forward.

I assume the STI should have this.

My '05 wrx had a height adjustable seat. Another reason I think Subaru makes a good daily driver.

So does the Subaru Impreza RS 2001'.

Depending on how tall a person is… a seat height adjustment should be, provided by the manufacturer.

Dunno why mitsubishi overlooked that part

I'm 5'6" and my friend is 6'5". neither of us ever complained of seat height. Kinda weird, now that I think about it.

depends on ones preferences also.

im 5'8" and i would like to lower the seat as i feel its too high… but i can't (obviously). Unless i spend big bucks on new seat rails etc etc, which would be pointless

Evo (Iron) vs STi (Aluminum) = Iron Block takes the W! unless if you're not planning on modding beyond 350HP then either one would work.
