HID issue

Ok so I installed some hid on my evo 9 a couple weeks ago, and when I turn on the headlights, sometimes one light won't turn on or both won't turn on, I just flicker them off to on and usually fixes the problem after 2/3 flickers... What could be the cause of this? It did it before on old hid it had on when I purchased the car. All help welcome

What kind of kit did you Get. Is it a retrofit source kit?

If so see the video below and let me know if you are experiencing the same issues.

Yep same thing, I got the 9006: MORIMOTO ELITE HID SYSTEM... I don't know if it makes any difference but it did it with a different hid kit it had on before.

Contact the retrofit source, there is a newly engineered ballasts that they are replacing the old units with, free of charge.
