Long story short...
I bought an 04 RS a little while back and it didn't have a headliner in it.
I found one locally and installed it. It was then that I found out that the RS did not have a maplight. The guy who sold me the headliner gave me his maplight.

So now I have a headliner installed and maplight not yet installed because I'm unsure how to wire it up. I have the mount to weld/jb weld into the roof but would like some advice on how i might be able to wire up the map light.

I don't believe my car came with wiring/harness for the maplight.
Would anyone know if it is as simple as wiring some positive wires to these leads in the photo and then just using a screw to ground it into the mount?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm no good with electrics, but all of the dome light info is in 54B of the service manual which is available for free on the web, hang on I'll get a link because you're new...
