Question Rubbing noise on take off

So basically in idle sometimes (not always) i'll hear what i believe to be clutch chatter, but anyway when i shift to first from a stop and am giving it gas and depressing the clutch to go i sometimes hear a rubbing sound coming from the front of the car, also sometimes i feel like if i dont shift a certain way once again only in first from a stop it shakes the front end a bit aswell, i've done some searching on the forums and asked some local people aswell, but am clueless at the moment, i currently have 89k miles on it and am prepping for a 90k service here soon, i've gotten everything from your clutch could be going out to your fluids could be ready for changing to your axle fork or axles may be bad to bearings, and as i am not made out of money i would like to get a couple answers before i go off and just started changing/replacing what people "think" is wrong.

side note, on shifting, ive tried everything from mainly clutch and a litttttttle gas like 1-1.5rpm to 3krpm shifting and them seem kinda of neutral as far as which is better, the rubbing is def more prominent at higher rpms tho but low rpm shifting will of course feel like the cars gonna shut off as its not getting enough gas.
