depends on what you want to do with the car. Are you good at doing your own maintenance? Do you have the money to put into it if a major part goes? I has alot of miles and things will start to break or get worn out. I would buy it if you are looking for a car to auto cross, track, rally cross, or just build. if you are looking for a DD still not bad price but just be prepared if something break to put money into it.

I would inspect the work with the mods. Do they look sloppy? The miles are pretty high, and depending on how it was driven you could be in for a money pit of a vehicle. If you feel that you can afford a worse case scenario of things going wrong I would at least consider it. I'm sure if you can hold out, you'll find a much better deal somewhere else. I wouldn't pay more than $10k for that car. I mean they're selling it for $13k, and they probably will add another $1k is "lot fees" or "dealer fees" on top of that.

If it was me, I would keep looking.

Which generation are you looking at? 8/9 or 10? I picked up my X for $18k with 90k miles on it in MD. It was bone stock. Not modded then reverted back to stock because all of the common bolt on type stuff still had the semi rusted bolts that appear to have never been removed.

Though it took me a good month of searching to finally find it, but the wait was worth it

I'm curious what a "stage 3" turbo is. And considering what the mr 6 speed is capable of handling tq wise I'd keep that in mind based on the mileage. Also no engine bay pics?? Really?
