The front bumper upper portion is stock, the lower portion looks like a common style in JP. I think veilside or chargespeed makes it. Usually those two companies do poly-carbon sets.

 

Sorry for the revive. But just for reference, that lip is from HKS Kansai. It's one of the most popular aftermarket lip for the 7 bumper. It's very rare and pricey since its already been discontinued. But as expected, there are kit makers that makes good replicas of these.
