Takes a few minutes to pull the timing cover and check to make sure the marks still line up right.

Any other suggestions? It seems like it may be an electrical/spark issue. Is there any way I can check to make sure COP is getting spark to all plugs?

Try another cam sensor. Mine use to do that with a bad sensor.

Not always. Mine would never light the SES light but I have AEM. You can always buy one from local auto parts try it out. If doesn't fix the issue, take it back. Or borrow someone elses.

the throttle position sensor is a weird code to have. You have probably gone to speed density and disconnected the Maf and Map sensors. Those would cause all the codes besides P0121. I would check the connector on your throttle body and make sure you have it connected.

I would think this question you should be asking your tuner... If you put a log up that would be helpful to see with TPS, knock, AFR, rpm, spark, Inj duty cycle at the minimum.

Not SD, still on maf all the connectors connected, clean, and have dielectric grease. I don't think he would care if I posted a log...

Have you cleared the codes out? How long do they take to come back? Also whats the total history on the car? How long does the CEL have to be on for the bulb to actually burn out?

New cam sensor did NOT clear up my issue, but Im going to keep it. yes I cleared the codes, they come back almost immediately after I do a WOT pull. The car is a 2003 I think the bulb just burned out. I was not driving around with the SES light on. Other suggestions? If I cant come up with anything im just gonna take it to the local import mechanic.

Are you running aem ems series 1? I was having a similar problem, backfiring during boost, not pulling during boost when it's backfiring. It was definitely a fuel issue that I was happening to me, but it was due to the EPROM failing on my aem. I finally just figured this out when I went to my tuner and my secondary injectors weren't turning on. Then the car would no longer commincate with the aem. And it wasn't firing my fuel pumps, injectors and no spark. I would look into an issue with the aem, once I did, it really showed itsself and the aem took a dump
