Hey guys,

I am looking for remote tuning, so I contacted Tom via email (tscompusa@gmail.com) but no response in 10 days.
I also send him a Skype request but he didn't accept yet.

I know he is busy, I just wanted a confirmation that at least he got my email and he will contact me some day eventually.

If you guys know any other way, other email e.t.c that I can talk with him....please let me know.

He is super busy and don't take it personally if he doesn't respond as fast as you like. You will be happy with his customer service once the tuning commences.

 

And he just got his personal car back on the road.

 

I am not take it personally for sure I have nothing against Tom. I live thousands of miles away from U.S. I never saw him and I don't think I will ever do

I just wanted another way to communicate with him just to make sure that he will tune my car some day.

he is very busy. If you need your car tuned, make the purchase on his site and he will get with you faster. He has alot of people ask him questions that don't end up getting tuned I imagine.

 

He actually just posted a few days ago that he has a crapload of people to respond too. He'll get to you. No worries.

because I don't want to annoy him since he is too busy, does anyone know if he will charge again for some minor changes that might someone need after 1-2 months lets say?

 

That answer will be different from everyone. He had helped me for months tweaking little things at no charge. You should ask him for yourself.

Thanks guys for helping me out here. My personal car just sits. customers come first My personal car only comes out on the weekends.

I am working hard to get everyone good quality tunes. I appreciate everyone being patient with me and i apologize for any delays.

I am going to start using the calendar now full time so if you are curious of my schedule it will be on my site under the tuning section with the calendar.
