Weather Shield for EVO IX

Hi guys,

im wondering if an OEM Weather Shield exist for the EVO IX.

Ive seen JDM EVO VIII have them equipped (not certain if they are OEM)

but i have seen the EVO IX ones for sale that stick ON with 3M tape…

Im wondering if anyone knows the part Code as well as how the OEM ones attach to the vehicle.

Also, that has one; list some Cons and pros? e.g.; does it also make the car harder to wash or attracts dirt thats hard to get to? and does it really reduce wind nows even with windows closed?

These aftermartket ones are not exactly cheap, $70 - $100 for the set.

As far as i can see it, it gives the car the JDM look. However, if it ever does crack, warp or discolour; taking it off with the 3M tape would probably damage the black-plastic door strip
So im kind of contemplating at the moment.

Cheers

anyone know how the OEM ones attach?

Apparently there may be "clips" & possibly some tape in addition.

where the aftermarket ones are tape only.
