Evo 8 Steering wheel shakes

Im buying a evo 8. the car runs and works fine. But when the A/C is on the steering wheel shakes alot. Is this normal? or is the air compressor loose?

The tune needs to be adjusted for a/c on. Chances are the car idles low and when you turn the a/c on it drops even lower to a point where the engine will shake due to low rpms. Try it again and this time when the a/c turns on give it a little bit of gas and bring the idle up 100-200 rpms and see if it smooths right out. If it smooths out and your rpms are still under 1200 I would say that is all the problem is. That can be fixed through ecuflash easily

check the bolts on the air compressor and take the belt off of it and see if the pulley is difficult to move. My buddy's car had part of the a/c compressor broken off so it would wobble whenever the a/c was on and it would sound like the car had a valve that was messed up and sounded like a knock
