I don't think this is causing it but could be worth a look...

I would not bet against the cracked gasket being your problem (from the pics you just posted).

The crack is from one side to the other and this could easily allow exhaust gas to escape.

MECKERT, if youre talking about the WGA it is tightened all the way down. I even checked with the WGA attached to the flapper arm, I read that it can pull unevenly and make it lift. Mine was fine.

I put 80psi from my air compressor into the boost stream and my gauge only read 20psi...

your gauge could be busted. I have gone through a few boost gauges. Which is why i only rely on my map sensor to determine boost level.

gauge is working correctly, I had just driven it up the road and logged with evoscan to over 20psi.

Replace both turbo gaskets. Install and go for a test drive. Let us know if it improves any.

Im replacing all 3 gaskets above the DP, I also found that I don't have a gasket on the turbo outlet pipe, seems like the guy that built my motor just put RTV on it... smoking gun?

If you can only hold 20psi during a boost leak test while putting 80psi to it, I think you've found the problem.

Did you use a spray bottle with soapy water around the turbo area to see if there were any leaks there?

I am pretty certain (gut feeling) your problem is due to those turbo gaskets....
