Sometimes it can be difficult to diagnose an exhaust system leak. You wont always get the soot deposit and sometimes it may only leak under a certain load. This guy made a boost leak tester for the exhaust.

Anyone ever try testing for leaks like this? What psi can you safely go up to? Anyone find any other creative way to test for leaks?
