Engine harness uncertainty

I have an 03 Evo and was curious as to if I am able to use any engine harness from 03-05 to replace my current harness. I am sure it will work but I know there were a couple change under the hood at that time and wanted to be absolutely sure before I replace my existing harness.

My coil plug has been cut off and lots of clips on the harness are getting nasty/broken/worn etc.
