Will these fit an evo, or will they not clear the brembos?

This is a downgrade IMO. The TE37 in that size has a smaller foot print then stock.

Doubt they will clear. They're also too skinny and too high of offset for the car

I know my 17x7.5 TE37s w/ 40 offset did not clear my brembos.

no, don't even consider that size, it is smaller than the stock wheel.
