How do I jump fuel pump?

Im trying to drain all fuel out of my tank using fuel return line off AFPR. How do I jump the fuel pump so I dont have to start the car? I cant run it because it needs a tune.

Thanks

Use the drain plugs to completely empty the tank on both sides. Using the pump will only drain one side.
