Exclamation Video: Car cranks, has fuel, spark, but does not start.

Title pretty much explains my situation.
Evo cranks, has fuel, spark, all fuses checked.

However, it sometimes does not start up.

Battery is healthy and car gets full electricity when key is in ignition.

UPDATE
1. Car cranks but stops after cranking a few times
2. Car starts up after sitting for an hr or so sometimes. No issues with driveability once the car starts. However, it still does not start sometimes after sitting for a while.
It sounds like the starter is spinning freely without latching onto crank. This makes me think that it may be the starter.... If there is a relay that i should check let me know before i go out and test out a new starter.

Here is a quick video of the "start"

Check all your fuses. Check to see if you can talk to the car with evoscan. I had a MAF wire short out against something and take out my ECU fuse. Did you just get the car back together? How's your timing?

Sounds like your starter is bad.

You can hear it spinning but it isn't spinning the motor.

Fuse has been checked all around. Evoscan may not be a bad idea but theres no CEL and everything is well. Car did just got put together and timing is good and it was running good for a few hundred miles already

exactly. starter seems to be spinning freely without latching onto crank.

Whats confusing

1. Car cranks but stops after cranking a few times
2. Car starts up after sitting for an hr or so sometimes. No issues with driveability once the car starts. However, it still does not start sometimes after sitting for a while. This makes me think that it may be the starter....

Your car does not crank. Starter or starter connections.

use a hammer and GENTLY tap on the stater solenoid, and see if that changes anything. Also when you crank the key, meter and see if indeed you are getting 12VDC to the solenoid. Also, check grounds just to be sure.

Thanks for the input.

Ground was actually bad at the trunk relocation before this issues started. i fixed the problem and realized car was no longer starting.

No prob man, Other thing that popped into my head was the ignition switch. The only reason why I mention it is because that was my problem, it was charred and burn where it should have made contact. But mine was more of a chattering starter solenoid. anyway, good luck!

Just go buy a new starter. It is likely the overrun clutch that has gone out.

So I went under the car and it seemed that starter solenoid has come loose!
Got a new starter and problem solved!

Thanks to all of those who helped me out
