Delete.

 

Usually if you loosen up a bit all the bolts from the cat on to the muffler, you should be able to have some play to 'tweak' the exhaust a different angle. You just have to play around with it to get it to line up where you need it. having the car on lift makes this job much easier.

 

No change tried that.

 

go to an exhaust shop and have them cut the hangers and re-weld them so that there is no rubbing

 

Fixed.
