I think everyone can agree that parts store caps last about a month tops before deteriorating and being useless. Has any one had good luck with a specific brand? And of course, in black.

 

I'm interested too. Mine never last. The bigger they are, the faster they start cracking and falling apart.

 

I can't even find any at the local parts store anymore. Literally vanished.

EDIT: Just to follow-up, I have no idea as to the quality of these parts. They are shipping direct from China for $6 with free shipping and their site is super slow.

Why did you and how did you remove the vacuum lines for the throttle body? Didn't they go to the intake manifold?
Reason to taking the hoses off and capping them like that?

It's all emissions stuff and I removed all of it, including the EGR.

I've debated on removing mine, but not sure if its worth it or not.
