Kyoo my local metric fine thread store had some just ask for fine thread. Even at 5'8 I love the binary brackets. I sit 90 degrees and can see the dash properly without the steering wheel getting in the way now.

the do it best stores are usually my go-to when it comes to odds and ends for this stuff, so when they don't have it i figure i'm in some trouble lol. went ahead and ordered from fastenal, picking up tomorrow. hopefully i can scoot the chair a liiiiiittle further now. I just need one notch more lol. Actually as it is is pretty good, but I want my girlfriend to be able to drive it too

When in doubt use a die to confirm size.

I have a kit though.

i'll probably just bring the oem nut to fastenal, they seem to have most everything i'd need. hopefully they can figure out what the size is. right now i'm thinking m10-1.25

confirmed! it s M10-1.25

I just picked up some grade 8 nuts & a few nuts from Napa. Hopefully that will do. Now if only Fastenal would let me return these M8s..

The only remaining question is if it would be ok to use loctite medium/blue when I screw these nuts on.. anyone?

thanks. i adjusted a little and then retightened everything. with the minor adjustment i made, the rail now just barely clears the threads you screw the nut onto, but it clears lol. such is the nature of aftermarket.

btw, binary engineering has horrible customer service. sent a few e-mails over the past couple of weeks with no response.
