Identifying these cams
Yeah they are definitely not stock...but other then that its impossible to know without any identifying marks or by measuring them. I was scammed on a set of cams on here years ago and IIRC Greg@GSC posted a method of measuring them with a micrometer. I'll see if I can dig it up.
In the meantime take a look on the ends of the cams where the dowel pin is...sometimes there is a little engraving on there.

decent calipers in mm measure the base circle of a lobe (part where rocker sits at no lift) usually 30mm then the actual lobe height then subtract and multiply by 1.72 rocker ratio , do both inlet and exh .
