I know every one is pointing to a fuel issue, I had a similar issue. I gaped my plugs down to .019 and that fixed my issue.

Also i would check coil packs and plugs to. Check them with an ohm reader.

BTW the spark plugs I ran where NGK BPR8ES

lets think about this practically. 2150s and a double pumper should be no where near even 80% dc let alone 130ish. either your not flowing or its going somewhere else. dc is a calculated factor and it may be a paper tiger. what are they scaled to and are you on the stock ecu?

Thanks sure thing I'll try all of that.
Any idea on the spec for the coils?

Well 40psi at the fuel rail?
What could be restricting the fuel?
The tuner has em scaled pretty high, and what do you mean paper tiger?

What I meant is its a calculation with a couple of variables. So its fine at idle, what are the fuel trims? Fuel pressure rises evenly with boost? I.e. 15 lbs. Of boost equals 55ish psi of fuel? Sorry to keep bangin the fuel gong.

Well I agree with you though I think its fuel related. I haven't been able to boost so I coildnt tell you that honestly. But fuel pressure shouldn't rise with boost anyway should it? Pressure should be constant I thought ?

Unrelated, is it possible my wideband is reading wrong? The tuner stressed to keep the afrs near stoic, and maybe that's the issue.
The wideband bung was welded in crooked, and the tip contacts the downpipe. Would that create an issue with the wideband sensor heater circuit?

Your thought is incorrect. Fuel pressure should track manifold pressure.

Anything could happen when the sensor is heated and expanded. This installation could cause issues.

And if you have driven the car (stock turbo + 2150cc inj) for a while without dialing them proper your cylinder walls and ring gaps are probably washed out. This could be easily proven/disregard with a leak-down test.

Haha not sure about that one. Fuel pump voltage does not vary unless you use the stock relay. So then so would the pressure not be constant...

The car would not run with those injectors without a rough tune lol. And also ring gaps don't wash out. Please stop posting misleading information. What happens is the rings won't seat, and if they don't seat you would have low compression.

Car makes power out of boost just not in boost. (Compression is fine)

First tuner verified there was an issue with the initial tune.
He said the file was corrupt. Not sure how that happens?

I'm awaiting a tune and car should be fine . Thanks everyone.

File was corrupt or the tune was off? Two different things...
