simple E-85 question

Alright evo fam, my evo 9 is tuned for for 93 and E-85, I barely drive my evo maybe once every 2 months. I wanna run E-85 all the time but some people tell me since I don't drive my car that much, the E85 will turn into some gel because its just sitting there, but I also hear other people say that isn't true so can you guys advise me what's my best option? should I just stick with the 93 or can I run E-85?

You should be fine. I've kept E85 in my tank for more than 4 months and it was fine. Once every 2 months should be ok. Personally, I would stay off boost until I put in a fresh tank of E85 or 93 after not driving for a stretch of time.
