I'm 6' 4" and I have ballooned to a lightweight 280. I fit ok. I'm used to driving smallcars (I used to own a bunch of hatchback Hondas at that height but less weight.
My wife's STi fits me better (08 GR model) but I make do. I have driven to Orlando in the Evo (from GA which is about 8 hrs). I have driven from GA to NC which is about 5-6 hours. No less comfortable then a regular sedan. You'll be fine.
I'm aiming to get back down to 220 (totally irrelevant for this thread).

I noticed that about the 4 door Cadillac. I have the Coupe and my loaner car was a 4 door which I didn't fit well in. The Coupe with it's larger doors, made it easy to enter and exit.

I am 6'4", 225. Seat brackets are stock.
I fit OK as far as headroom and legroom; my biggest concern is shoulder room.

I am in the exact same boat, 6.4 280. I autocross it a bit so another 2 inches of headroom is lost in the helmet.
I found these guys http://www.binaryeng.com make a seat bracket set that lowers the seat about 2 inches. Best thing ever, probably a solid 4 inches of headroom now.

Do you have pictures of you in the car?
Im 6ft 5" and about 215lbs and the stock seats are fine. I had my evo for almost a year and just recently purchased the seat lowering brackets. They really change the feel of the car to me. I have long legs and im now much more comfortable compared to before.
Seems like you and 2 others, are the tallest.
I’m 6’5” and 300 exact size
