Determining car value

How do you guys value evo's for sale? It seems they are always selling for more then what KBB or edmunds says. I have an 06 Evo 9 MR with 27k on it, completely cherry and bone stock and I'm trying to figure out how much its worth. Thanks

100 billion dollars (in my dr evil voice) but seriously it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Ya 23-25k sounds right. Sold my 06 sti with more miles for 25k so you just gotta find the right buyer. Id love to have your evo lol. Thats a great color and the 9 MRs are my favorite

It depends on how long you're willing to spend selling it. Theres an evo on craiglist that has been on there for almost a year. They've slowly brought the price down from 27k to 23k, and it's still up.

Unless you really know what you are doing (and I admit that I don't), better to overpay and get a cherry example than take your chances bargain hunting.
