missing Enkei emblems on wheels?

Hey gang.. was wondering if anyone EVO is like mine.. I bought it last night and i noticed on all the wheels the "Enkei" emblem/stickers are missing! The wheels definately look like the Enkei wheels but dont have the emblems on them...

are these enkei emblems stickers? if so does anyone know the part # to them?

is this normal?

thanks
Steve

I believe mine are painted on from the factory. Maybe you got a few that made it thru with out them. Or if you have a set like I saw a while back that where factory chromed from a dealer or are yours silver?

Mine are also painted on emblem. Chrome sounds kinda nice. , not so much fitting the rally profile but points for adding an interesting look.

I'd go back to the dealer and request new wheels... tell them you paid for the name on the rims, you want it.. if they dispute go above them!

A wheel was probably damaged and they repainted it, so they repainted all of them to match and then didn't tell you.

hmmm.. i cant see how the wheels got damaged as i got the car it only had 14 miles on it.. but i guess anything could happen!

Maybe some porter that cleaned the car sprayed some type of wheel cleaner/acid and it ate throught the emblem??

as my wheels are silver..are all you your guys rims silver too?

thanks

The oem wheels could have been stolen off the car while it was still on the lot. The dealer then ordered replacement wheels, hopefully through their dealer network. But who knows what that dealership is willing to do to make a few extra $$.
