Gas pedal vibration when AC set to number 4 setting (high) 2006 EVO IX RS

So this happened today at a stop when my gas pedal started vibrating. I noticed it only happens when I have my AC set on the number 4 setting which is high on my 2006 Lancer Evo IX RS. Everything is fine on all AC settings except the highest. Thoughts?

The only thing that is different between speed 3 and speed 4 is the blower motor operation itself, nothing changes under the hood at all. I'd suspect you have something stuck in the blower motor or the bearing is going out in it.
