I just bought an evo ix and sometimes it feels like a misfire only in boost and other times it runs fine zero issues. I don't know who tuned it and I'm waiting to get tuned in the next week. I did put new plugs in when I got the car and gaped them at .024. Any thoughts?

 

Had the same problem on my car and new coilpacks fixed the issue

 

Check the plugs themselves also and make sure it's the right heat range for your setup; not fouled etc.

I suggest not buying OEM, buy a COP setup

 

What plugs? How much boost? Afr?

 

I got a set of coil paces from a friend for $40 I think il just use them for now
