I will never ever, ever, ever, ever take my car to the dealership to get the oil changed. What the hell was I thinking?

These guys know absolutely jack **** about Evos. And these are the same guys that aren't honoring warranty repair because of what they determine as "abuse"? I'll abuse the next jackass at a dealership who tries to tell me about this car ! ! Complete ****ing idiots ! !

After the job he had the nerve to say "this is 2nd Evo we've seen in 6 months." If I'd known that I would have jetted asap. No excuse not to know the difference between the I/C sprayer tank and the Washer Fluid tank. Hell, they didn't know where the Washer Fluid tank was ! !

I sat back, cooled off, and laughed myself. Ricart is where I took it, bought it there. I'm an idiot for even going there. Hell, I did all the mod work, except for the grounding kit , so an oil change I can handle. I just thought I would give them some business. Not again.

I see you are selling the RMR catback. Thinking of going Buschur?

 

Yea I assume Ricart service would suck. Considering the stock of EVO's they've had, I would think that they would've seen more than 2 EVO's back in 6 months. That's probably a sign.

The RMR is already off. I wanted a Buschur but I got a good deal replacing it with the SLP prototype catback that was on Randall's car at Quantum. It sounds similar to the Buschur.

 

I thought they would know more about the car considering they were the first to get them in Ohio. For now on I'm changing the oil.

Sweet. I gotta check out all those guys rides. Soon enough.

Heading to Quantum Monday, can't wait. But you already know that by now.

About time you finally got out to Quantum. They could have changed your oil . My Evo will be there getting several new parts as well. You will need another oil change after you get the new cams to clean out the assembly lube after 500 miles or so. By then you'll want some more mods at Quantum.

i bought my car at ricart also, the salesmen are idiots and the servicemen are morons, i told the dealership the first thing i was going to do was drive off the lot take the ricart tags off my car, i also told them this was the only time they were ever going to see me or my car again!

the only reason i went to ricart was because i was able to get 1,000 off of the sticker price, i secured financing on my own , that dealership made jack off my car and won't see another penny

Not just post here....Tell your story to Mitsubishi North America, although it is a long shot but i guess the only possible way to let those stupid dealership to change is when they got some "pressure" from the factory.

Chris has been telling me about you guys for some time now. I finally got off my ***. I wanted to change the oil before the cam job, and of course like you said after 500. I suppose I could have waited until I got to Quantum to change the oil. I'll have to check out your car when I get there.

I am going to send an email to the Ricart and to Mitsubishi about this one. I did with Bobby Laymass and Chevy when they dicked me over on the Z06. Got the sales manager fired and totaly changed the way they conduct business. Circulated my email to all employees and Chevy affiliates.

It's a longshot, but what the hell. Worked once.
