Has anyone on here painted a Carbon Rexspeed style side skirt extension, body color?

I am wondering if it provide the same look as, a Nismo side skirt on a BNR34?

 

You can buy abs plastic ones. No need to buy the REXPEED carbon ones just to paint them.
