I have an evo 5 and just got an hks ssqv bov. I bough the biggest recirculating flange they sell for it but it's just barely too small. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do maybe if there's some material that can go around the recirculation fitting to make it a little thicker without harming my car.

 

my advice..... get rid of that ricer BOV. get yourself one that works well with our platforms.

 

What kind of bov would be better

 

try an oem evo 9 bov(up to 26psi), synapse bpv(26+psi), cobb bpv(26+psi). depends on your boost/power level.
